This is one of my favourite condiments to keep in the fridge. It elevates flavours making them more nuanced and well-rounded. Personally, I recommend adding the jam to salads as part of the dressing, or to a tomato-based pasta sauce for an extra hit of umami, and serving it with meat and chicken, or with cheese. Best with something salty, to balance out the sweetness of the jam. Also, it really goes well with roasted vegetables.
